This course has been approved by the North Carolina State Board of Dental Examiners

Aspiras’ Dental Radiology course includes:

• Radiation Foundation, Equipment and Safety
• Dental Film, Digital Sensors, Normal Anatomy, and Processing
• Technique and Film Mounting Basics Proper processing and mounting of x-rays
• Image Interpretation Basics, Film Processing, Quality Assurance, and Legal Issues
• Extraoral and Intraoral Techniques

Successful completion of the radiology program requires passing a written exam with a score of 70% or better, as well as demonstrating proficiency in obtaining a full mouth series with 80% proficiency or higher

Proof of current employment in a dental practice must be submitted upon registration.
